Not sure what I can do about this. We had a Mics and 2.0 Software, and 1-CI card. Recently changed CI card to the global CI card (to fix a static noise in the background). With the new card installed, people on the other end of the line can't hear us very well. The volume is much too low...- mercuryottawa
