    Hi Steve, Thank you for your answer, but i already verify the rad speed and is 9600 Baud, but the only way to connect with my u.s. robotics i find is to connect at 19200 Baud. But i can not make backup with Norstar Manager because max speed is 9600. Any other idea what can be the problem ?
