    Thanks everyone: 141 is the UK blocking code. Calling the operator to set it is a 24 carat bore and it takes them about a day to set it up... I've temporarily set up a 9P141 button on the handsets leaving the user to finish off the number - that is a bit clunky but it works... I'll have to...

It seems we are stuck with remembering to dial 141 each time - I don't suppose that there is a way of programming that to happen automatically when you dial out - I could then program a feature button to stop it adding 141 to the dialled number when we are not...
