    ok thnx rhinok. i think the instance manager will help out some. we are planning on upping to crystal 10. but lord knows when. hell 11 will probably be out before we get to 10. but in the mean time ill see if this helps me. thnx again

    sorry, yes using crystal enterprise. the reports were setup and scheduled in the crystal management console.

    im new here and new to CR. hope im asking in the correct place. im running CR9 Pro and was wondering if there was any way for crystal to send me emails when the scheduled reports fail for whatever reason? thnx in adv
