Faxserve 5 and Outlook 2000
FAXserve client installs a form named viewfax to your Outlook. It's an setting based on the user profile. Go to Outlook ->Tools->Options->Other->Advanced option>Customer forms. Delete the "Viewfax" form from personal form. Also clear the cache file. Move c:\document and settings\<user...- henry100
