CM 5.2 DID numbers pointed at extensions show Calling Party Name and number on the display.
Calls routed trough VDN 690 to the same extension show the CID number only but not the name. Any suggestions on what the issue could be?:

CM 5.2 on dual S8800 Servers updated from G3s1. Before upgrade displayed name on phones. After upgrade no displayed name. We are recieving the name in a facility packet in the MST trace but PBX is not doing anything with it. Any suggestions, Delayed caling is stroked to yes on the trnk grp ?
I have installed the Avaya one-X Attendant loade and working but the busy indicator lights are not functioning properly and there is an orange icon in the lower right hand corner that displays "Disturbed" when the cursor is over the top of it.

Thank you but I figured it out, the extension has to be defined in the public unknown table to pass the extension number to the IA770 since the connection is H323 trunks.

If Dial Access is allowed on a Trunk, it has been possible to dial the TAC from the Meet-Me and access an outside line even with T-to-T Trans disabled.
