I also have some more information on the problem, using the SMS console you cannot connect and says it can't find the remote control agent. Then using the remote.exe tool in the smsadmin pack to the ip adderss work fine. Then if you go back to the console all is fine for a day then it breaks again.

I checked the remote tools and everything look fine there, I have also checked the local machine and they have all the correct setting for the clients and the remote tools agent is enabled. I also tryed the reinstall and that has made absoultly no diffrence. Thanks for the suggestions tiefight...
