The XP Printer Driver might be different or have a different name than the 2000 driver. Try installing the XP Driver on your Citrix Server then remove it, or edit the wtsuprn.inf on your Citrix Server to have it match the name of the XP Driver.

The biggest changed I liked was that NG has a more user-friendly graphical environment interface compared to 4.1. Ex. In 4.1 if you wanted to add an administrator, you had to do it through Voyager or at a command prompt. With NG, this can be done in a graphical environment. Joe
