Short calls only appear in two tables (views): AgentPerformanceStat and AgentBySkillsetStat. Both of these statistics use the short call threshold defined in the skillset threshold class.

I have a SCCS 5.0 SU03 server that keeps producing MAS Link Handler errors. We're not using an Access Link, so I'd like to just disable the MAS Link Handler service.

Does anyone know if changing the duration that historical statistics are kept on the server in the Advanced Functions area of the SECC has an effect? Will the system use the settings that you put in or will it use the settings shown in the documentation?
