DISA feature problem
Can any one help on this. We have Norstar MICS 6.0 and have DISA configured on it with disconnect supervision. The problem is the that when someone calling through DISA makes a mistake in the dialing sequence the line will go in an engaged tone (note - not busy), locking the port on the Trunk...- ematongo

Hi I am new to Norstar and just getting to know the system. We have a Norstar MICS System v 6.0 that is connected to a number of other offices using E&M trunk Cards.
