I get the option to refresh -- system doesn't refresh though.

I have tried numerous times to "refresh" the shortcut bar -- pretty much have done it on every available area I could right click. No luck.

That action only refreshs my ICONS on the desktop. The toolbar I'm talking about is my Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar that has my shortcuts to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

I did have my scheduler configured to take "any tape" and still had the same problem. I still have the software so I can reintall that, but where can I obtain the 1Vision driver since Onstream is kapoot?

Need help. USB30 unit is set to back-up automatically on a daily basis. Even though I've selected that the unit should use whatever tape is in the unit, I get a message that the USB30 unit is asking for a specific tape. Cannot get the dialog box to close until I reboot system. This message...
