Yes I tried front and rear USB ports. Since the devices work fine until windows boots, I would assume it is some kind of bug. Maybe if there was a way to remove these devices and reinstall them again.

In the bios, there is only two settings for graphics: auto or pcie. pcie setting will enable to PCIe card if it exist and disable the onboard. Auto pretty much does the same thing. Selects the onboard unless there is a pcie card installed. I also upgraded the bios.
