scrolling commands
Thats right. I remembered that there were other issues with XP but didn't know about this one. I downloaded the HyperTerminal Private Edition upgrade from Hilgraves website and it solved my problem. THanx- wodin

DoD and OSI model
The study guides have this in the material but I've read a couple of places that these questions do not appear on the exam. Is this correct? Also, when I checked study guides for earlier versions of the tests I dont believe this was included. Am I correct that this is a recent addition? Also...- wodin

This should be simple. I'm studying for CCNA and have some experience with routers. I have a 2500 router to work with and when I am setting it up, i get hung up on a little annoyance.
