The second line, Active Directory domain, should have you domain name in it. Check the administrative tab and make sure the last box is checked, it says "Allow authentication from any domain in the forest.
I have the calendar set to except meeting and process cancellations, but when I have the calendar closed, it will not do it. It is a resource on my server, but unless it's open, it will not go on the calendar. Any ideas?

I can access it no problem from anywhere. The user has the problem only from his switch. When he enters the password, it says incorrect password and tries again. I know he is using the correct password.

Since it is a few months old, it should be under warrenty. You should call and get it replaced. You tried the cold boot and that didn't work. I had one that came right out of the box that way and had to get it replaced. Nothing worked to fix it.
