IX Workplace on latest Release 11.0 IP Office 500 V2, the Wrap-up Time does not seem to work for users in huntgroups.
It works with regular phones, just wondering if this is the case, thx
Oh great you can even enable twinning and forwarding options with the new release for IX Workplace.
However I am getting an error trying to select or deselect the group.
When I login from locally, I only needed to provide the Server Address and Domain Address, both are FQDN to the IP office. I don't need to provide the presence server address at all and it works. Thanks for your reply.
Internally we can connect to the IP Office and Presence with Contact, Call Logs. From external we can connect make calls. However it says the presence not available. All ports opened to the IP Office. Any ideas will help.

I tried all that, still no go. It looks as if the CS1000 does not see the trunk. Do I need to put a SIP Registar info? I thought it is only needed for SIP Endpoints.
Have a SIP trunk between CS1000 and IP Ofice, caller on IP Office can call anyone on the CS1000 and able to grab a trunk to go out. However, callers from CS1000 can not dial any extesnoin on the IP Office. It tells them to relase and try again. Here is a system log from that call to IP...
