No, there are no error messages. It completes much faster than it should, like 30 seconds compared to the average 2 or 3 minutes or more depending on the speed of the machine in question.
The version of CCMClean I'm using is v2.50.3025.1000.

Using CCMClean doesn't do the trick. The SMS Agent Host service doesn't get off loaded and the four .cpl files in Control Panel do not get removed.

Yes, with Windows 2k you can reload your OS right over the top of the existing one. This will refresh system files in case they might be corrupt. Just make sure you don't delete the existing partition or format the drive and you should be fine.
