    See also a known (similar) bug on http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;nl;293058 This is in Dutch but anyway. In short: go to Control Panel -> E-mail -> Show Profiles and delete the Novell default if it is there. After that you can configure Outlook Good luck
