Sorry for not being clear. The computer is assigning an IP address and it's not picking up the one assigned by the provider. It is a different IP address scheme all together.
I can see the IP address, but it's not one assigned by the ISP.
Thank you for your response. I've figured it out. Wolluf was correct, I had to enable multiple user profile on the computer. Now it's working.

I have an XP home OS that is connected to a cable modem. It is suppose to be assigned an IP address by the provider, but now when I hook it up it is assigning its own random IP Address.

I just reinstalled Window98 and it's is able to log in just fine. I can login to my domain without any problem but it is suppose to load the roaming profile once logged in and it is not doing it. Other Win98 computer are logging in correctly.
