I use a program from a company called Option Telecom. Labeling also depends on what series of sets you are using. Are you using the M series or the T series?- zackhenderson

For Background music, I find that MusicChoice or equivalent works awesome. Music Choice is a group of channels with non-stop music programming, recd. with a cable box or satellite.- zackhenderson

Paging Tone
Oh, my goodness! I think my dentist office uses the same thing. 4 lines, All M7208 sets. To page they hit Feature 611 and the same tone sounds. They just have a Bogen tuner and regular speakers, so I think the tone is and internal page tone. My two cents. On an unrelated note, always use...- zackhenderson
