When trying to connect to APS , the following error message comes up
Unable to Connect to <servername>. A Wrong Connection is made to
@@apsname(<servername>). Logon can not continue

If you are in a clustered environment...shutdown one of the RAS servers. Make sure the remaining RAS server that is up and running is indeed enabled. Go to the CCM (Win 32 snap-in tool) and log in as administrator...make sure the RAS is enabled. Finally, make sure you have a legit RAS key...
Well....the custom dll should be in the following directory:
CR10
c:\program files\common files\crystal decisions\2.5\bin
CR9
c:\program files\common files\crystal decisions\2.0\bin
This is where CR will go to look for UFL's or other functions.

Try this....go into the CCM (Crystal Configuration Manager) and click on the Enable/Disable Servers...log in as administrator. Make sure the WCS is enabled.
