I have a strange problem. This happens randomly. An agent loged in gets disconnected/loged out automatically without any apparent reason.
Does anyone have a clue on what might be the cause?

When we dial a number, the number is showing on a caller id display. I know that the number can be blocked from showing at the telco level but is it possible to program the meridian to block the number from showing when dialing from certain extension/phones?
All this not to mention the fact that scheduling from finish to start is dangerous. In your example your finish date is 6/1 and your 30 days task is 5/2. If there is a problem completing that task in 30 days, then your finish date is screwed up.
How do I go about blocking the phone number in a Meridian system?
We are a call center and just started to do outbound calls but we get calls back on our company number which is the one showing up on a caller ID display.
