    Page Header and Footer in CrossTab?

    I tried this and it really didn't change anything. Maybe I didn't make my question clear. The trick is to get the word "CONFIDENTIAL" at the top and bottom of the 'virtual pages' to the right. Everything in the page header and page footer gets repeated on the vertical page changes...
