Ciso ios Firewall ???
There is a IP/FW image for the 2514 in the 12.2 IOS train. The Firewall IOS feature offers statefull firewalling capabilities versus the limited protection simple ACL's provide. Make sure you have sufficient memory (DRAM and flash) for the image.- mpots

Once VPN clients are terminated on the outside interface, will the ACL on the outside interface be applied on unencrypted traffic? I need to deny VPN clients to various services and IP hosts via ACL's. I can do this with AAA, but would like to implement ACLs on either the inside or outside...- mpots
