    RRAS

    Why don't you use terminal services as you are using w2k pro and the server is W2K. Terminal services is standard with both and licensed. Then use the monitoring tool built in to RRAS to control and view connections. Regards @nthony

    The Delegate feature will let you do this. Go to Tools, Options there should be a tab called Delegate just add the the users and assign the permissions and choose which folders that they have access to its that easy. Hope it helps Sleet

    IP Conflicts

    Try the WINS Server look for a dead entry of the problem ip address and remove it. Not entirely sure this is the problem but it is worth a try..
