Try setting your path to RELATIVE instead of ABSOLUTE. That could be the problem...unless you're using Netscape 6, which I understand is wonky. Good luck.

Use thed "Show-hide layers" function. For example, insert the text you want to pop up in a layer, then "hide" the layer via the Visibility button. Then highlight your rollover--i create text images in FW for this--and use the Behaviours palette to "show" the layer...
Hey greg, hey thrud...thanks for the info. I'm now in the process of resetting things. Seems the percentage thing is the way to go if I use tables; so far I have been working with just frames and layers.
Back to the drawing board...

I've created a site with my Windows screen set at 1024x768 but when the site is viewed at 800x600, it's all foobar wonky. Any ideas on how I can retain the original image irrespective of the screen settings?

OK, I'm replying to my own posting 'cause I figured it out...seems if frames are to be used, the files must be DOCUMENT RELATIVE rather than Root Relative. Soooo, if any others are having this problem, this is the solution.
