    Thank you for replying so quickly. When I say 'my printer', I mean the print house. They can't print it and I have to assume they know what there doing. I'll try your solution though. Thanks so much.

    PMS Gaussian blur will not print

    My printer cannot print a shadow I made by making a copy of the object and then blurring it. It will print if not blurred. I thought it was because it was a pantone colour. Ideas?

    Russian Arial text in word into Quark

    The text is in Russian text in Arial in Word. It's fine in Word. When I bring it into Quark it just becomes an array of question marks and numbers. Any ideas how to have Quark 5 read the arial Russian characters? Donna
