When I say 'my printer', I mean the print house. They can't print it and I have to assume they know what there doing.

My printer cannot print a shadow I made by making a copy of the object and then blurring it.
It will print if not blurred. I thought it was because it was a pantone colour.
Ideas?
The text is in Russian text in Arial in Word. It's fine in Word.
When I bring it into Quark it just becomes an array of question marks and numbers.
Any ideas how to have Quark 5 read the arial Russian characters?
