I see the craft login can add/change logins on CM 2.0 but can't on CM 3.0.

I think what happened was I used the super-user to add a login, then later changed super-user to craft. Is there any way around this without an ASG key?

I added new logins a few years back on our S8500. But now the add and cha login command is invalid. Hmmmm but it works fine on CM 2.0. I don't find the Security/Administrator link that was advised in the thread690-1403742 available with a craft login. Did CM 3.0 change the SAT login feature?
