New Setup has statically assigned IP's (192.168.1.10 - 192.168.1.15)

I have a system error on bootup. I have the fix from Microsoft - I need to extract a file from the XP cd, from the Recovery console.
When I boot up the XP CD, select 'R' for a repair installation, then select which installation it is.
