Tom to respond to you I have created 2041 as an AA extention and pointed it to AA #3. Also I tried using real extentions, 591, 524 and a couple others without any results. Natraly I adjusted the delete and add digits for the extentions.

i got this to work, the problem was that I didn't have 2031 as an autoattend in merlin messaging. now it works perfect if it overflows the call hits the autoattendent and they are able to select from the options. Thanks for all the help.

okay so i figured out what is going on, I was reading the data and noticed that i was getting the queue ex. 773, 774, 775 I think this is because that is how I am routing calls. So if a call comes in on 2014 i delete 2014 and replace it with 774 so then the switch routes the call to the 774...

hey how do i get the switch to output did's and dnis's to the cdr? I am trying a couple of different accounting programs but the reports are not showing did's or dnis's. I am thinking i need to turn it on somewhere anyone know where or what i need to do?
