All DNs with symptoms are scatterd across the switch, think it is IVR problem using Genesis. I don't know squat about the Genesis stuff just that is linked with a CDN

We have an 81C we are using 3904 sets. Call Center environment. Several users say they "hear" another conversation as they handle their own calls. They cannot talk to the other call they "hear". Not sure but thik i9t maybe an IVR issue. Any help/ suggestions are greatly appreciated...
