CM 6.0 - Have a DID Main # that is routed in Inc Trunk Handling to a Hunt Group which has a cover path (point 1 is a Cov Ans Grp, containing 7 physical stations). Incoming calls ring simultaneously on all phones in Cov Ans Grp correctly.
Another phone (not in Cov Ans Grp) wants to pick up call...

I am using the string from the 1/18/01 Avaya TSO Bulletin (B102 Rev A): ATE0Q1&C1&D0S0=1&N6&K0Y0&W0, dip switches are set:
1 = On (down)
2 = Off (up)
3 = Off
4 = On
5 = Off
6 = Off
7 = Off
8 = On
I have an Octel 250 that I have been able to access through its modem for many years, no issues. Now, when I dial it as I always have, the modem answers, but does not negotiate. The old modem was a Boca that came with it new, and have just installed it with a Hayes, that I intialized myself, so...
They do have the time stamp correctly playing before the message - and the COS already has that tagged as "1". It is the introduction of who left the message, either "extension xxxx" or "an outside caller" (along with the time stamp) that they do not hear now.
I have a customer who has an Octel 250, who swears that they used to get header information (the recorded name of the mailbox who sent the message, or "from an outside caller" when the message was left by an outside caller) along with the time stamp before the new message is played, when...
