OK, my mistake, but it's all the same. All the phones are programmed on customer 0, I had tried customer 1 to see what would happen. I have the 3905 programmed the same as the above configuration, but on customer 0 and all my other sets are on customer 0. I can call from the 3905 to the other...
I try to call the 3905 from another set and I always get a busy signal. I just programmed this and I did not put Virtual there. Why is it there? See below.

I think if I just asked a question at a time, it would give me a better understanding. Hopefully someone has the patience to work with me. I have a Avaya Aura 6.2 midsize system with a Session Manager, a G430 Gateway with a MM714 analogue trunk/ line module. I am receiving caller id, but need to...
As I indicated, this is a test system as we develop Avaya and Cisco SIP Attendant Consoles. I only have a single trunk set up. That trunk will process all calls to my VDN 10000. Unfortunately our carrier doesn't provide DNIS service, but we have a requirement by a customer to process the Dialed...
Avaya CM 6.2. I have a VDN, 10000 to a vector that sends calls to a hunt group which rings the first available agent. I'd like that agent to receive the DNIS name so they know who the call was actually for, i.e. 10000/ VDN01. I'm having trouble figuring out what to configure to make this happen...
OK, here's the two traces. From 21020 to 949 7567160. The first trace is a failed attempt, the second a successful attempt. I dialed 9 949 7567160 then 9# 949 7567160.

I have 9 for my feature access code to the ARS not 9# or 9*. I then have a single entry in my ARS ANA for 9 with 10min/ 10max to route pattern 1 to trunk 1. Again, it does work with TAC and 9#. Otherwise not.
smokinjoe2938, that is correct. The entry 9 with 7min/ max digits was already there so because my service provider requires the fill 10 digits for an out going call, I put the 949 with 10/ 10. I just removed that and change the 9 to 10/ 10. Either work just fine if I dial 9 # then my 10 digit...
I thought I did, but maybe not. It was my understanding that in order to get an outside line, I was to set up a feature code, typically "9" which would get me to the ARS table, which permits access to dialing strings which gets me to a route pattern, then to a trunk. Where am I going wrong?
I'm dialing 9 949 756 7160, because my service provider requires all 10 digits. ( is to get an outside line, but if I dial the above string once I get to 9 949 756 7 I get a event error 1643. If I dial 9# then the number 949 756 7160 it goes through. I don't want to dial the # if I don't have...
When I use my TAC my calls work fine, but when I dial "9" I have to dial a "#" afterward then my number to make the call. If I don't dial the "#" the call attempt fails after 7 digits.
