I am looking to make a change to one of our hunt groups and will require all agents to be logged out. Is there a way to force all agents in a hunt group to log out?

If a call comes in to the same vector and is in queue for let's say 60 seconds. I am an agent with skill 30 lvl 2 and skill 45 lvl 1, will I answer the call as skill 45 or skill 30.
If I have a vector with the following:
06 queue-to skill 30 pri m
07 wait-time 34 secs hearing music
08 queue-to skill 45 pri m
After 34 seconds does the call still remain queued to skill 30. My gut tells me yes, but I just want to be sure.
