    Thanks John, I followed your troubleshooting procedure and came across this discrepancy: The key items are "Acrobat Distiller" and the "Acrobat Distiller 3011.104" PPD." Mine are "Acrobat Distiller" and the "Acrobat Distiller 2017.801" PPD." Does this matter?
