Setting default printer
Have you gone into Citrix Connection Configuration? In the ica-tcp properties, you can select the option to 'Default To Main Client Printer.' This sets a user's default printer to the default printer configured on their local system.- daka

Your Arcserve database has become corrupt. You need to rename or delete the database folder in your server's arcserve directory. SMTP mail not getting through
Do you know what volume (number of messages) your servers are being asked to send out? I have seen GroupWise mail servers drop requests without warning if the smtp threads (inbound and outbound) are not set high enough for the number of requests coming to it. This can happen without any errors...- daka

tcp_gsp Can't Connect Notice Message
Perhaps you need to enable ssl over http on your firewall. You can do so from within Raptor RMC interface. After getting into RMC, expand Access Controls, then Rules. Locate your rule that allows http out via the external interface. Open up the properties on that rule (right click+properties)...- daka
