We solved the problem modifying the following values in the registry the server.
Manager Server
o TIMEOUT = 27600 (Dec). In: ComputerAssociates\ BrightStorArcserveBackup\ Base\ Task\ DBAgentsSettings.
SQL Agent Server
* VDI wait time = 1200000
* Maximun VDI wait time for creating files...

We had a problem similar with greater bases to 100GB.
Apparently the problem is product, of the disconnection of agent SQL during the process of restore.
