I don't know if this is what you want to do, but the easiest way is to simply selct the entire colum, and copy and paste it into another column. Sorry if this is not what you want.

Instead of that, why don't you try adding a listbox onto the user-login screen, where the user selects if they are a customer, an employee or a vendor. It may not be the right idea for you, but it is what I would try.

Under default view in the form properties, try selecting continuous form, I think this is what you are trying to do.
