Just to simplify things, here is the applet I get about 20 times a day and until I click on, "retry" I cannot access any sites. If this does not come up, just go to: http://greetings.123city.net/TempPictures/39114.gif Thanks- ingramtl

Have done all that..three times..no fix. I have even taken the advice of the other person on the other forum page that told me to D/L "winsockfix.zip" which changed nothing as well.......thanks...next...?- ingramtl

New here and hope this inquiry is in the right forum and techs at Alltel/DSL are of no help. I am having a recurring, 4 out of ten times, message, that says I am not on the 'Net, when in fact I am.
