4. go to settings and set your offline content to 1mb. exit out.
5. close IE and start...
I have been having a similar problem. I have narrowed it down to a encoding problem. If you change it to western europeon(windows) it fixes it so you can view it. I am still trying to find a permanant fix though.

I am going to do just that when I get home tomorrow evening from work. I will take the nic card out and then do the install and then reinstall something different. I install cable modems and hot spot gateways for the local cable company so I have plenty to choose from.
