Using a 8.6 remote agent with ver 9.1
Yes you do, 9.1 media server does not recongnise 8.6 clients. So you have to upgrade your clients as well- Burne

Unable to get Pre/Post commands to work
Hello, i had a similar probleme with the pre and post-job. It seem that the command or batch file have to be in this directory : C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT If they are not in that directory, they simply don't work. Hope it help- Burne

Post Job will not execute
Since i upgrated my backup server from 8.6 to 9.1 my post job will not execute anymore. The pre and post job stop's and start's a service on a distant computer. The pre-job work fine but the post job dose'nt work even when the job is sucsesfull. If i copy and past the post-job command line in...- Burne
