Try Mincom in Denver (303 446 9000) and speak to the MMS unix guys. I am fairly sure they where playing with 4.3 and Solaris 8 towards the middle of 2002. It was not a production system but used for either development or testing so I am not sure how much work was done on it.

If you are using rostering (payroll) the resources will calculate depending on the leave and roster the people are working. Otherwise set your workgroups to list only the days worked. This is done through MSO720 option 2 and look to the bottom of the screen.
