I`ve had the same problem.
I had the old version installed ( eConsole & eBLF )
Those were not uninstalled correctly, the registry was not cleaned properly.
I suggest you uninstall softConsole, remove any registry entry named Lucent and Avaya, reboot the system and reinstall the softConsole.

Installing SNMP may give more readable details.
Otherwise if it is a fatal error ( IPO reboots ) contact FSG.
Hi, it depends on the way you present the call to the VM Pro.
If you have an incoming call route for a call you can do two things to let this call be answered by VM Pro.
The first one is via a shortcode, this will delay the answering of a call.
The other option is to enter "VM:<modulename>"...
