Have searched the Cisco site and have not found a concrete answer. One of the support threads says Live Reply is not available on "some" releases of Unity, but no specifics.
I have made the the proper configs in Unity side but am being blocked from replying to outside sender.

Brand new to Cisco, please be kind. I have a Cisco Unified Call Manager. I am setting up an Auto Attendant that needs to send callers to a beeper from a press off. Could someone kindly explain the process to me?

I have a Norstar MICS with PRI trunking. Attached is an SMDR box for CDR, and I am running RSI CDR software. Currently, the raw data looks like this (3 records):

Thanks John, I got it working by setting the VPNI in the NET data to 1 in all switches, as well as ND2 on the RCAP prompt on the DChannels.

In LD 32 type CMIN ALL. This will clear the minor alarms on all attendant consoles. To prevent minor alarms at the console in the future: LD 17 REQ:CHG TYPE:PARM ALRM:NO.
