First question is why?
Try this, select filter, it will allow user to select a specific set of records in a field on your form, and print those out.
For example:
a,b,b,b,c,c,c,d,d,a,a,a,b,b
use select filter on field and choose a. It will show only a.
It is a lot less...

Here is how I solved it:
I made a new right-click menu (quick menu) I was already using this in order to allow users to select and sort records and come to a specific selection of a record field.
(If you don't know how to make your custom right-click menu)

Found some threats concerning the problem. Most of them refer to reports, but some pertain forms.
The closest tip I found (sorry I lost the thread) was the
PrtMip function.

I am using a print button to print out the form the user is using. This has worked fine (I think) up till now.
Recently I added some changes to improve the form.
The problem was that the forms are graphically laid out which meant that if you printed the selected data, a lot of ink was wasted...

It is the same with print view. When you use a switchboard and have it open a form, and then press print preview (c.q. print) it will print the switchboard and not the form that is open.
Basic way around it is, to add the following macro to you menu button. (if not using...
