Using conditional supress, you can make a manual drill down. If you ask the user for a boolean parameter, you can show every group/detail, or not, that way, if the user wants drill-down, they enter one value, if they want the whole report, they use another one. I've shown this example in...
As synapsevampire wrote, you don't have bookmark functionality in CE10, but you can have a parameter (boolean) that can be used to display/hide groups/details. Kind of a conditional drill-down. I have done this before in the past, and it's not bad.
Another possibility is to create a file event, and an external program. If the program notices data, then it creates the file, which triggers the event, which causes the report to be run.
Not the best in the world, but it's an option.
There is another possibilitie that you can try. Use Advanced... and Explicitly Deny that user from seeing the report. You should generally stay away from the Advanced rights, but if this is needed, it is effective.
