    I have a customer that is replacing their Partner system with an IP Office (not muppet mode)> They were accustomed to using Simultaneous paging . Is there a way to accomplish this in the IP Office ?. The customer has 15 IP phones and an analog trunk for the paging

    I have a customer with a Partner Messaging Rel 7, who listens to a voicemail, deletes the message, ( I have verified this myself onsite) but the next day the message is back. I have tried the 989reset, but still occurs. Any suggestions ?

    I have a customer who is relocating to Maine and bringing their IP 500 Rel 7.0. They have contracted with a SIP provider called OTT. I contacted Avaya about this provider and was told they were not an Avaya approved SIP Vendor. Does anyone have a list of Avaya Authorized SIP Providers ?
