When logged in as Administrator the “Edit” and “Refresh” buttons are available for the Dashboard with Web Intelligence Report. But when logged in as User1 I am able to see the Dashboard reports but the “Edit” and “Refresh” buttons are not visible.

We are using Web Intelligence interface but our users like to Crystal report adhoc reporting. So that is not possible with BOXI version.

Yes, admin account do not have access to the network.
You can change Crystal Cache, Page server to your user ID. same userID you used to run the report locally or
give permission to admin account

Business Objects Profesional and Business Objects Premium are the only 2 options. Pro includes Designer, Supervisor and Infoview, Premium includes Pro + other stuff like Reporter.
*Crystal Report Server is similar to Business Objects Profesional
When setting the Print format to print as Landscape on the Main Report, the Sub-Report also prints in the Landscape format.
