    Thanks for the response. I was looking for a solution that allows me to keep Outlook minimized and, while working in another application, press a function key that would open a new journal entry.

    I have to document my work time and find it a pain to constantly be clicking on Outlook|Journal|New Journal Entry. Is there a way to assign a function key to run that for me?

    VoIP & QoS

    I was on a call where the calling party is using VoIP and the terminating party (me) was not. The originator could here me fine, but his voice sounded to me like he was talking while vibrating his lips with his finger. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?
