Bury the 9 on MICS
It sounds like your prime line on each ext. is set to IC and then you have to hit 9 to get a pool and then 9 again to get centrex dial tone. Couldn't you change the prime line on each ext. to pool A and do away with one of the 9s? This would make them have to go off hook and press IC to make in...- stcphoneman

redirect incoming calls to extension to another extension
This is what I see, correct me if I am wrong. A caller hits an AA and knows to press 130 to get where they want. 130 used to ring "here" but now there is nobody sitting "here". Instead, you want 130 to ring "there". Why not swing the jumper wires and make "here" "there" and "there" "here"...- stcphoneman
