To my knowledge, WEBi is only available in BOE XI Professional or Premuim and cannot be accessed in CR Server. If you want to host more than one content type in your Environment (Like Crystal Reports and WEBi reports) you will have to upgrade to Premuim.

That resolved the issue... I was always under the impresstion that our system used our internal Exchange server to send to that destination. It turns out that it was configured to use another local SMTP engine that was set to the default 2 MB limit.
